Quantity Surveying were involved in the mega-project that was Chevron's Barrow Island facility. We were tasked with a crucial role of creating progress and works to go surety on a $100m sub-contract package by creating systems to interrogate two years of data, accurately measure variation scope of works and accurately capture in-field progress and report against a 250,000 line-item database.

Quantity Surveying was involved in the project through some key stages, from assessing progress late into construction, managing and administering change, negotiating variations, administering payment claims, creating counter-claim strategies and assessments and tendering new stages of the works
